3. Innovative startup disclosures

As an innovative startup, DR-I publishes the information required by Art. 25(11) and (12) of Decree Law 179/2012, converted by Law 221/2012, on the page Startup innovativa, informativa art. 25, in Italian and freely republishable by third parties.

4. Dispute resolution

Complaints are handled as described in the Complaints policy. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

5. Content and liability

We keep the information on this Site as accurate and current as we can, but we give no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or timeliness, and technical details may change as products are revised. Product descriptions, drawings and images are indicative: the binding terms of a sale are those stated in the Terms of service and in the order confirmation.

6. External links

This Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their data practices. Each operator is responsible for its own site.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, images, graphics, page designs, code, product photographs and the 3DR-I and DR-I trade marks are owned by DR-I S.r.l. or licensed to it, and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used to create derivative works without prior written consent. Where a product in the catalogue is manufactured from a third-party model published under an open licence, the author and the licence are named on the product page and their conditions are respected.

8. Reporting unlawful content

To report content on this Site that you believe to be unlawful or to infringe your rights, write to info@dr-i.tech with the address of the page, a description of the issue and the grounds of your claim. We examine reports promptly and act where the claim is substantiated.
