Plan, schedule and publish your company's social media content from one place.
DR-I Social Publisher is a web application developed and operated by DR-I S.r.l., an Italian innovative startup. Marketing teams and business owners use it to prepare posts once, schedule them on a shared calendar and publish them automatically, at the chosen time, to the social accounts their company owns: Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts and X accounts.

- DR-I's business clients, for whom DR-I sets up a private workspace and, when agreed, helps plan and prepare content.
- Marketing teams in which several people draft, review and schedule posts for the same brand.
DR-I Social Publisher is a business tool. Access is by invitation: DR-I creates a workspace for each client company and invites its users. There is no public sign-up.
Features
Content calendar
A day, week and month view of every scheduled and published post across all connected accounts. Posts can be moved to another date or time, duplicated or deleted before they go out.
Scheduling and automatic publishing
Write the post once, pick the accounts and the publication time, and the service publishes it at that time through each platform's official API. Posts can also be published immediately.
Platform-specific settings and previews
Each post can be adapted for each network: text, media, title, cover and the options that network offers (for TikTok: who can see the video, comments, Duet, Stitch and commercial content disclosure). A preview shows how the post will look on that network, with the name and picture of the account that will publish it.
Multiple accounts per platform
Connect several accounts of the same network to one workspace, for example two brands' TikTok accounts or a company's LinkedIn Page together with the CEO's profile, and choose for each post which accounts publish it.
Teams and roles
Invite colleagues to the workspace, so that more people can prepare and review content. Every connected account belongs to the workspace of the company that connected it and is never visible to other clients.
Media library
Upload images and videos once and reuse them in several posts.
Analytics
See the main figures of each connected account and of the published posts, as provided by each platform: for example followers, views, likes and comments.

Every connection uses the platform's official authorization (OAuth): you sign in on the platform's own page and approve the permissions there. DR-I Social Publisher never sees or stores your social media passwords.
How it works
- Get your invitation. DR-I creates your company's workspace and sends you an invitation by email. You set your password and sign in at social.dr-i.tech.
- Connect your accounts. Choose "Add channel", pick the platform and sign in on that platform's page (for TikTok, the TikTok login page). Review the permissions and authorize. The account appears in your workspace with its name and profile picture.
- Create and schedule. Write the post, add images or a video, choose the accounts and adjust the settings for each network. Check the preview and pick a date and time, or publish now.
- Publishing. At the chosen time the service publishes the post on each selected account and marks it as published in the calendar. If a platform rejects a post, you see the reason and can fix it and try again. Nothing is ever published without a post that you created and scheduled.
Data and security
- Hosted in the European Union. The application and its data run on servers operated by DR-I in EU data centres. The service is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Tokens, not passwords. When you connect an account, the platform gives us an access token limited to the permissions you approved. Tokens are stored on our servers, used only to perform the actions you request and never shared.
- You decide what is published. The service publishes only the posts that you or your colleagues create and schedule, with the settings you choose. It does not post, follow, like or comment on its own.
- Data use. Data received from social platforms is used only to provide the features described on this page. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
- Revoke at any time. Disconnect an account from the service with one click, or revoke access from the platform itself (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions). You can ask us to delete all your data: see Data deletion.
- Encrypted connections. All traffic to the application uses HTTPS.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get access?
Write to info@dr-i.tech with your company name and the accounts you want to manage. DR-I sets up your workspace and sends the invitations.
Do you need my TikTok or Instagram password?
No. You authorize the connection on the platform's own login page; we receive only a token with the permissions you approved.
Will the service publish anything without my approval?
No. Every post is created by a user of your workspace, who chooses the content, the accounts, the settings and the time. On TikTok you also choose, for every video, who can see it and which interactions are allowed.
Can I manage more than one account on the same platform?
Yes. You can connect several accounts per platform and choose, for each post, which ones publish it.
What happens if a post fails?
The post stays in the calendar marked with an error and the reason given by the platform (for example a video that is too long). You can edit it and publish it again.
Can I disconnect an account or delete my data?
Yes, at any time. Disconnecting stops all access immediately. To delete stored data permanently, follow the steps on the Data deletion page.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
